The Art of Slow - Private Yoga
Our private session starts with a thirty minute intake process. This is a series of questions related to your overall health, lifestyle, beliefs and general well being. This helps me understand where you are in all aspects of your life, to enable me to plan the best yogic practices to achieve your required outcome.
We will then flow through some slow yoga movements and poses, with explanation and discussion of each. There are certain slow yoga movements designed for specific conditions so we can explore all options together.
